Aaron Mitchell

Aaron is a British Army soldier, First Aid Instructor, Mountain Leader, and Land Navigation Instructor. He joined the British Army 22 years ago as a regular soldier and now serves as a reservist, teaching and training the more junior members. Deployments have taken him across the globe to places such as Kuwait, Iraq, and Afghanistan, plus operations and training closer to home in Northern Ireland, the U.K., and Europe.

He is a keen climber, hillwalker, and motorcyclist. In 2016, he rode a motorcycle around the world in 505 days, covering 29 countries on 4 continents. He has also worked as a motorcycle tour guide, taking clients to the Himalayas of Nepal.

Aaron specialises in first aid and navigation training. He is often found teaching and assessing British Army soldiers. With these qualifications and experience, he now uses them to train others outside of the military.

Aaron is a full member of the Mountain Training Association and a Nuco Training-approved instructor.
